Must be at least 18 years or older to purchase. 

All purchases or holds (see terms below) are based on first come, first serve.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone, for any reason, at our discretion.

Guarantee
We guarantee all animals are healthy and alive on arrival. You must be at the delivery location to accept the package so the animal(s) are not left outside in the elements (or send to a neighbor or friend - someone you trust to accept the package). If no one is available at delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void. Guarantee does not include a dropped tail during shipping, as this is out of our control.

We guarantee our leopard geckos for 30 days after arrival to the customer.  However, after review, any issues related to improper husbandry, stress or over-handling will void the warranty.

If the animal is deceased upon arrival, you must contact us immediately after delivery (no more than 4 hours). At that point, we may request specific full-color photos. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued for the animal.



Payment
Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check - Please contact us for mailing address if sending money order or cashiers check. 

All orders must be paid for in full, and all checks cleared to account before shipment.

Payment plans are negotiable on an individual basis with a minimum purchase of $100 (not including shipping). Please contact us for details.

Found a gecko you love, but don’t have the funds available right now?  We will hold any animal(s) for up to 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. If payment arrangements have not been made/complete within 30 days, the order is void and the 25% deposit is forfeited.

Shipping
Flat rate shipping of $50 for FedEx priority overnight shipping, paid for at the time of purchase. Please note that larger shipments may incur a higher cost to ship.  Sorry, no local pickups are offered, at this time. Shipping inside the United States, Canada and Hamm, Germany available. Shipping days are Mondays and/or Wednesdays and we will not ship Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, to ensure a true overnight delivery, for the safety of the animal.

While we cannot control any potential delays in shipping due to any unforeseen carrier issues, we will cover shipper error, in the unfortunate event of any casualties.

We ship each animal in its own container within an insulated box with hot/cold packs, as needed, and personally drive the animals to the airport ourselves.  However, if there is extreme weather, we will hold off until it is safe to ship the animal. We will contact the customer if this is the case. Every gecko is raised with special individual care and our first priority is the safety of our animals as they travel to their new homes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We proudly have a 100% success rate with shipping geckos have zero casualties in transit.

Sexing
All sexes marked specifically male or female are guaranteed. Temperature sexed geckos can not be guaranteed and are listed as TSM (temperature sexed male), or TSF (temperature sexed female).  If we have sexed any animals incorrectly, they can be return shipped for a full refund, credit or replacement. Please note that any return shipping costs will be paid for by customer and reimbursed once we can verify the sex of the animal.


Hets
We guarantee that all 100% hets are truly heterozygous for the trait listed. All animals listed with possible hets are not guaranteed to carry the designated recessive trait. In the event that a 100% het animal does not prove out, we will provide a credit for the original animal's sales price.   No refunds will be issued in the unlikely event of this situation.
