Chris took a lot of extra time answering questions about the 2 females we were interested in. he even walked to another vendor and helped me pick a proper size terrarium that would fit our 4 leopards and answered substrate questions and a lot more....oh did I mention he gave us a little off the price since we purchased multiple geckos. if that wasn't enough a month or so after we purchased them we was having issues with them not eating so I messaged him and he called me and took over 30 mins out of his day to walk me through some tips to make sure my heat and lighting was good and offered some different feeding tips I never knew. I could go on...!!! in closing...Suburban Geckos really cares. when you purchase from them its not just thanks for the money see ya later...its more like welcome to the family. they want you to have a healthy gecko and will help in any way. "I have been searching up and down for a nice super snow to get my boyfriend into my passion for leopard geckos! It's his favorite morph but I was having a hard time finding one he liked. We both really loved the w&y super snow we found at Suburban and decided to purchase him. My boyfriend and I contacted Chris right away and he responded almost immediately and answered all of our questions. We had a problem at check out (coupon had accidentally expired) and he fixed it right away.
