Terms and Conditions

Must be at least 18 years or older to purchase.

All purchases or holds (see terms below) are based on first come first serve.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Guarantee:
We guarantee all animals are healthy (healthy weight and eating well) and alive on arrival. You must be at the delivery location to accept package so the animal(s) are not left outside in the elements (or send to a neighbor or friend - someone you trust to accept the package). If no one is available at delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void. Guarantee does not include a dropped tail during shipping.

If the animal is deceased upon arrival, you must contact us immediately after delivery (no more than 24 hrs). At that point, we may request specific full-color photos. A replacement or refund will be issued for the animal.

All sexes marked specifically male or female are guaranteed. Temperature sexed geckos can not be guaranteed and are listed as TSM (temperature sexed male), or TSF (temperature sexed female).

Payment:
Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check - Please contact us for mailing address if sending money order or cashiers check.

All orders must be paid for in full, and all checks cleared to account before shipment.

Payment plans are negotiable on an individual basis with a minimum purchase of $400 (not including shipping). Please contact us for details.

Found a gecko you love, but don’t have the funds available right now? We will hold any animal(s) for up to two weeks (14 days) with a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase. If payment arrangements have not been made/complete within the two weeks, the order is void and the 25% deposit is forfeited.

Shipping:
Flat rate shipping of $50 for FedEx priority overnight shipping, paid for at time of purchase. Shipping inside the United States only. We do not ship Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure a true overnight delivery for the safety of the animal. We can not be liable for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues.

We ship each animal in its own container within an insulated box with hot/cold packs, as needed. However, if there is extreme weather, we will hold off until it is safe to ship the animal. We will contact the buyer if this is the case. Every gecko is raised with special individual care. Our first priority is the safety of our animals as they travel to their new homes.
